2025 November Megadrop: Flipping the Tape, Why I'm B & Opening the Vault
From fintech burnout to digital art: B opens up about the origin of BrawnyAi and the transition from Side A to Side B.

Winter has arrived in Toronto. By four in the afternoon it already looks like evening, and by five it feels like the day is over. Iâm juggling a new laptop setup, batch-generating hunks, prepping a trip to Brazil and racing this Megadrop into your inbox.
This Megadrop bundles:
- the last two days of October that slipped out of the previous bundle
- the full month of November
If youâre here only for images, youâll find teasers in this post, a full gallery once youâre logged in, and download links in the Secret Vault if youâre a đŞMightyPro.
If youâre also curious about whatâs happening behind the scenes â Side A / Side B, Lumberlandia, the Digital Hunk Companion, and how fragile all of this actually is â this letter is for you.
Why people call me B
If you meet me in real life now, Iâll usually ask you to call me B.

When I created BrawnyAi, I needed a name that wasnât âAI Muscle,â âAI Hunks,â or any of the combinations I knew would flood social media eventually. âBrawnyâ already existed â the clichĂŠ of pure muscle with no brain. I liked the idea of quietly flipping that, adding âAi,â and making a world of hunks who actually have inner lives, histories, and emotions.
âBrawnyAiâ became the project. âBâ became the human behind it.
Over time, B stopped being just a handle and started feeling like my Side B.
The cassette tape: Side A â Side B
If youâre old enough to remember cassette tapes, you know the drill.

Side A was where the hits went â the polished tracks youâd hear on the radio. Side B was where the experiments lived. The deep cuts. The songs that didnât quite fit the formula but hinted at where an artist might go next.
Most of my life was Side A:
- economics degree, MBA
- jobs in finance and tech
- product roles in fintech, working with lending, credit scores, regulations
- six-year monogamous relationship
- saving for retirement, keeping life âsensible,â avoiding drama
From the outside, it looked fine. Inside, the tape was starting to warp.
The last fintech job went slowly toxic. The relationship stopped making sense. Friendships were built around a life that was no longer working for me.
In 2023, all of that snapped at once. The relationship ended. The job imploded. I felt like a cassette that had just been chewed by the tape deck.

The raft called BrawnyAi
The thing that kept me afloat was⌠a gaming PC.

Years earlier Iâd bought a powerful desktop to play games. Eventually it just sat there collecting dust. When I realized it could run local image models, I spent a few days wrestling with installs and prompts. Then suddenly there were digital hunks on my screen.
At first there was no âstrategy.â I was just a burnt-out product person playing with a new toy and posting images.
But something unexpected happened:
- people followed
- people commented
- people came back regularly to see what these lumberjacks, rugby players, sheikhs and jocks would look like next
In my head, I often see that period as being shipwrecked in the dark, clinging to a piece of wood. BrawnyAi was that piece of wood. It didnât fix everything, but it kept me from sinking while I figured out whether there was land anywhere.

By the end of 2023 I realised this wasnât just a coping mechanism. It could be my actual work.
I still donât see myself as a capital-A âArtist.â I see myself as someone who:
- worked in finance and tech,
- grew up on sci-fi, games, and cartoons,
- fell in love with generative AI,
and then fused all of that into this strange universe of digital hunks.
Thatâs also why I genuinely believe any MightyBrawny could do something similar in their own way. Thereâs nothing magical about me. I just didnât stop.
The fragile machine
From the outside, things can look solid:
- hundreds of thousands of followers across platforms
- regular posts, videos, Megadrops
- a growing library of worlds and characters
On the inside, it often feels extremely fragile.
- A platform can suspend an account overnight.
- Payment processors can change the rules with one email.
- Algorithms can bury months of work.
A few weeks ago, Facebook suddenly suspended the BrawnyAi page for âimpersonation.â Impersonating who? No idea. I appealed, rewrote my response a couple of times with LLM help, and eventually the page came back. I didnât make a public fuss, but it was a reminder that all of this lives on rented land.

That fear doesnât paralyse me, but it hums in the background every day. I still use my own savings to bridge gaps. And at the same time I donât want BrawnyAi to feel like Iâm standing in the street with a hat, begging.
Youâre here because you like the worlds, the hunks, the experiments. You support because you want more of that, not out of charity.
đŞMightyPros keep the hardware, models, storage and experiments running. If youâve ever wondered whether your membership makes a difference: it does, very directly.

Living on Side B now
After the breakup, I realized that if I kept thinking like Side A, Iâd simply rebuild the same life and end up stuck again.

So I made myself a quiet rule:
If I canât go back in time, I can at least live more like my ideal student self, but with the emotional boundaries and financial awareness I have now.
Thatâs how Side B emerged:
- I started going to events and parties I used to judge from afar.
- I began wearing the outfits Iâd only put on my characters: jockstraps, long socks, cap, chain, old sneakers that have now seen everything.
- I explored new dynamics around relationships, intimacy and community.
- I made friends outside the âsafe,â sensible circles I had built in Side A.
It brought joy, awkwardness, ego pokes, and learning. Almost everything I live now ends up recycled into work:
- how bodies move and rest
- the way strangers look at each other in a crowded room
- the small gestures that feel romantic, ridiculous, or both
- the little ego hits â being chosen, not being chosen, being seen unexpectedly
Side B isnât about chaos for its own sake. Itâs about letting my life actually inform the worlds Iâm building, instead of pretending theyâre separate.
Cartoons, starships and why my universe looks the way it does
I havenât talked much publicly about how much sci-fi and cartoons shaped my taste.
Old starship shows, space stations standing between empires, weird coalitions between very different species â that structure sits under a lot of what I do, even if the surface is lumberjacks and jocks instead of aliens.
Itâs why I occasionally throw in things like Stellar Trek, or why some of the humour and parody in my work leans campy and slightly absurd. Itâs also why my new high-power laptop is named WhiteStar â a quiet nod to one of those ships that turned the tide in a fictional war.

That mix â sensuality, humour, sci-fi bones underneath â is not an accident. Itâs the blend that keeps BrawnyAi from being âjust more thirst trapsâ in my head.
Lumberlandiaâs slow burn
If Side B is my inner flip, Lumberlandia is where Iâm externalising it.
Right now you mostly encounter Lumberlandia through:
- Lumberlandia Returns chapters
- the story of the Caretaker and the Pink Pine
- smaller âside storiesâ told from other charactersâ viewpoints
These arenât five-second clips. Theyâre meant to be read slowly, like letters from another world.
The Pink Pine is still young. The Caretaker is still figuring himself out. Lumberlandia itself is an idealised, slightly dangerous haven that hasnât truly been tested.
Behind the scenes, I already have:
- a full arc for Season 1 â the return, the Caretaker, the early cracks
- the backbone of Season 2, where Lumberlandia has to adapt and form coalitions with other archetypes to survive a major crisis
- sketchy outlines for a Season 3 that goes beyond âonly lumberjacksâ into something closer to a federation of queer archetypes

Iâm deliberately not spoiling that future crisis here. What matters now is that you know: Lumberlandia is not static. It will have to open up, collaborate, and let in rugby players, billionaires, jail hunks, and more â including, eventually, cameos and crossovers with other creatorsâ worlds.
Weâre still in the sapling phase. The story needs time to breathe, just like I needed time to flip the tape in my own life.

Digital Hunk Companion & the tools under the hood
Youâve probably seen me tease the Digital Hunk Companion (you can check it out at the end of the post after logging with your MightyBrawny or đŞMightyPro account) â the âTamagotchi for hunksâ prototype where your choices nudge three bars: Werewolf, Lumberjack, and Navigator.
Under the hood, the current setup looks like this:
- Images: mostly Flux1.dev pipelines in ComfyUI, with custom workflows to keep the style consistent.
- Video: a mix of different tools (Kling, Veo, WAN, and others), chosen per scene rather than chasing whichever model is hot that week.
- Automation: for now, a lot of prompt engineering + batching + manual curation. Medium-term, I want to move more into API-driven pipelines so the Companion can generate specific assets automatically instead of me clicking a hundred buttons.
Iâm watching new open-source models like Z-Image and the upcoming Flux variants, but Iâm not going to jump ship every time a new checkpoint drops. Stability matters more than hype when youâre telling long stories.
Some of the more experimental ideas and prototypes â the really weird stuff â will likely live under MightyLabs𧪠as that matures. Think of it as the test kitchen for future experiences.

The platform maze & where everything lives

Because of content policies, each platform has its own âdial settingâ:
PG-13 only
- YouTube, TikTok, Facebook â story, humour, worldbuilding, no explicit thirst traps.
Sexy but not explicit
- Instagram main (@brawnyai) â jockstraps, implied nudity, suggestive but rule-compliant.
Spicier edges
- X (Twitter) and Bluesky â a bit more freedom with crops and themes.
- Fan platforms â if you want explicit NSFW content curated more directly, youâll find it under BrwnyXXX on Fanvue.
Direct support
On my own site, you can choose your depth:
- MightyBrawny (free): create an account, log in, unlock full galleries for posts like this.
- đŞMightyPro (paid): unlock the Secret Vault, download Megadrops and packs, and join the secret Telegram channel.
Because of content policy shifts, platforms like Patreon now have to stay PG-13 for me. Thatâs why direct support and Fanvue exist: theyâre simply more honest about what weâre doing.
đŞMightyPros: head to the Secret Vault to download everything to your own drive.
MightyBrawnies: log in to see the full gallery connected to this Megadrop.

Whatâs inside this Megadrop

This Megadrop includes:
- the end of October (days that were missed in the previous drop)
- all of November, organised by day, just like I do in my own folders
- Over 1300 items - mixed of images and videos
- Downloads separated by brands: BrawnyAi and BrwnyXXX, so you can choose how much you want to see!
Important detail:
The Megadrops always contain more than what youâve seen on social media.
On a typical day:
- I generate batches of images.
- I post a selection to Instagram, X, etc.
- Many strong images stay in the daily folder because I ran out of time, or moved on to another idea.
Those âunpostedâ images are still part of the Megadrop.
So depending on who you are:
- Tourist / newsletter reader â you can read this letter and see a selection of highlight images in the post.
- MightyBrawny â once logged in, you can walk the full gallery for this drop and see everything I curated for that month.
- đŞMightyPro â you can visit the Secret Vault, download the zipped Megadrop bundles (split into smaller files so theyâre easier to grab, even on slower connections), and keep them in your own archive.
Think of it as three levels of immersion:
- Read the story and glance at the teaser images.
- Stroll through the entire gallery.
- Take the whole month home.

Looking ahead
Over the next weeks Iâll be:
- finishing Lumberlandia Returns â Chapter 3 and at least one smaller side-chapter from another characterâs perspective,
- releasing more music that matches characters and arcs (my process is still: free-form poem â adapted lyrics â style that fits the emotion, not just a random genre),
- testing the new laptop WhiteStar to see how far I can push image and video generations while travelling,
- flying to Brazil to spend time with my family and, inevitably, collecting new experiences that will later show up disguised as scenes, choices, and hunks.
Even when Iâm away from my main desktop, Iâll still be writing, sketching, and building the next steps for Lumberlandia and the Digital Hunk Companion. The logs I keep â the same style as what youâve just read in this letter â are the raw material Iâll keep transforming into worlds and characters for you.

Thank you for flipping the tape with me
Sometimes I still wake up and check my notifications half-expecting everything to be gone. Thatâs the fragile side of building a life on the internet.
But then I see:
- familiar names in comments and DMs
- people reading long letters like this instead of just scrolling past
- MightyBrawnies who log in regularly
- đŞMightyPros who choose to fund this strange, evolving universe of lumberjacks, jocks, starships and pink pine trees
Youâre the reason Side B is more than a private experiment.
So:
- enjoy the Megadrop,
- wander the gallery if youâre logged in,
- and if you feel like going deeper â into the Secret Vault, into future seasons of Lumberlandia, into the choices that nudge a digital hunkâs Werewolf, Lumberjack and Navigator bars â you know exactly where to find the join buttons.
With love,
B
