From My Desk Tonight: Building BrawnyAi’s Next Chapter

Hi MightyBrawnies and 💪MightyPros — it’s B.

It’s 8:06 pm on Aug 7, 2025 and I’m writing this in real time, coffee on the desk, render queue humming. I want to pull back the curtain and tell you where BrawnyAi is at right now: what’s changing, what broke (and how we’re fixing it), what I’m testing, and what you can expect between now and year-end. Think of this like a late-night voice note from me to you.

Where we actually are (not the glossy version)

If you follow the “creator playbook,” you’re supposed to plan a content calendar, pre-batch, schedule, and never miss. That’s… not how I work. I create every day. I experiment every day. Most experiments go nowhere. That’s the cost of trying to push a specific vibe forward instead of repeating what’s safe.

On top of that, each platform wants a different version of “acceptable.” You’ve probably noticed: on YouTube/TikTok/Facebook my guys are more covered, softer, more romantic. On Instagram (main) I can still push a little further. If you’ve wondered, “Where did the jockstrap era go?” — it hasn’t gone anywhere; I just refuse to get the whole network throttled. So I’m running two creative lanes at once: the “PG-ish public lane,” and the “spicy lane” that lives in BrwnyXXX for 💪MightyPro.

Reach has dipped lately. Part of that is shadow-rules I can’t see, part is the shift in style, and part is me taking time to build new workflows. I’m not panicking. The total BrawnyAi footprint keeps growing (we’re 650k+ across platforms), but I’m prioritizing depth and resilience over pure velocity. That means more direct updates like this, more members-first goodies, and less chasing short spikes.

The Gumroad mess → what I did instead

Short version: Gumroad permanently suspended me and kept the balance. Appeals went nowhere. Other processors I tried said no; Fanvue said yes but only for subscriptions (so that’s a “break glass” backup, not the core plan).

I spun up two things:

• The Vault (vault.brawny.ai) — my self-hosted WooCommerce site I control end-to-end. This is where I want to take both merch and (eventually) digital drops once I lock a tolerant processor.
• Shop (shop.brawny.ai) — a separate merch storefront that already works while I harden The Vault.

For 💪MightyPro: the Secret Vault links are live again. All three July drops (Part 1–3) are up in both 2D and 3D/VR. That took days of building, testing, and moving files so you wouldn’t be left dry — but it’s done. If you’re new to 💪MightyPro, that tier also gets you into the BrwnyXXX secret Telegram (the only truly safe place to share the spicier cuts).

What I’m building (so the art survives)

I’m trying to make the guys feel alive — not “AI-slick,” but “a presence.” Less mannequin, more ventriloquism: you feel a voice moving through a body.

To get there I’ve shifted my tooling:

• Images: I’m moving a lot of work to the Flux Krea family (for skin that reads more natural) while still using older pipelines when they hit a specific look. I don’t just write prompts anymore; I write meta-prompts — giant instruction sets that spawn better prompts from your idea or an uploaded image. They’re never perfect, but when a meta-prompt hits 60–70% reliability, it saves hours and unlocks story consistency across platforms.
• Video: I’m mixing open and paid: KlingAI, Google’s VEO 2/VEO 3, Runway Gen-4 Turbo, sometimes Sora, and open-source for anything that can’t live on a hosted service. There’s a new open model (WAN 2.2) I’m setting up for BrwnyXXX clips. Reality check: a crisp 5–10 second shot can still take 15–20 minutes each to render, and story shots multiply fast — which is why you’ll see me post in waves rather than every single day.

The new creative lane you’ll notice

You’ll start seeing micro-stories — single images that imply a scene (or a 4-panel sequence or more) that’s equal parts sensual and a little absurd. Think: a funny expression, a caught-in-the-moment glance, a “did that just happen?” beat. This is me seeding characters and situations I can later animate or expand into shorts. It’s also how I bridge the PG and spicy lanes without whiplash.

Parallel to that, I’m doubling down on music videos. They’re slower to make but a better container for the emotions I’m writing about (lust, distance, tenderness, the “armor” vs. what’s inside). I’ve been releasing songs and now I’m building a reusable MV pipeline. It’s heavy: a 3-minute video can require 50–300 shots. But once the pipe is stable, output scales.

Money, time, sustainability (aka the unsexy part)

I’m investing hundreds monthly in video models and infra. That’s why merch and memberships matter more now:

• If you want to support without the BrwnyXXX lane, merch helps (caps, hoodies, tees now; more on the way).
• If you want the full spice plus drops and Telegram, 💪MightyPro is the most direct, flexible support. You can cancel anytime, rejoin anytime.
• Digital downloads will return to my store once I secure a processor that won’t nuke adult-adjacent art.

I’m also making BrawnyAi more independent on the boring stuff: multiple storefronts, backups, redundancy, and less reliance on any single platform. It’s not glamorous but it’s how we survive the next policy swing.

What’s coming between now and year-end:

1. More consistent posting again (now that the Vault is live and my new image stack is behaving).
2. A 2026 calendar (earlier than last year).
3. Music videos (first waves from the recent tracks you’ve heard snippets of).
4. The Magazine — yes, the one I teased. It’s sitting on my drive; it needs a focused polish sprint. It’s important because it codifies the North Stars behind all of this.

Same facts, different lens: we lost a processor; we built our own Vault. Platform rules tightened; we designed a two-lane system that still feels like BrawnyAi. Algorithms cooled; we invested in story and sound. None of this is me giving up the core BrawnyAi vibe. It’s me protecting it — so we can be here next year, and the year after that, with work that feels more us, not less.
