  1. Download the example

    It contains just two images, so you can try the process before downloading a full collection.

  2. Find it and extract it

    When the download finishes, find practice-brawnyai.zip in Downloads.

    Open the ZIP in your archive app and choose Extract or Unzip. This creates a folder you can open.

  3. Open both images from the new folder

    Open each image from the folder you just extracted. These previews show what you’re looking for.

Opening your collection

  1. Find the finished download

    Choose a part in the vault and let it finish downloading. Open your browser’s downloads or your device’s Downloads folder.

  2. Extract the ZIP

    Open the ZIP with an archive app and choose Extract or Unzip. If asked, paste the password shown beside that release in the vault.

    Keep room for both the ZIP and the extracted folder. Each numbered part opens on its own.

  3. Open the extracted folder

    Your images and videos are inside. Open them as you normally would. Keep the ZIP until you have checked the files.

Windows or Mac

Open the ZIP with an archive app. If your usual app reports an unsupported format or cannot accept the password, 7-Zip for Windows and Keka for Mac support password-protected ZIP files.

Choose the app’s Extract action and enter the password when prompted. Keep the ZIP until you have checked the extracted files.

iPhone, iPad or Android

Save the download to your device’s files app first. For an ordinary ZIP, open the file to extract it. Apple provides steps for the Files app.

Password support depends on the archive app. If your phone reports an unsupported format, you can use the Windows or Mac method above. If space is limited, choose a smaller collection.

Opening a PDF magazine

A PDF is a document. Open it directly in a PDF reader or your browser after the download finishes. It does not need ZIP extraction.

Something didn’t open?

The password is not accepted

Copy the password from the same release as your file. Passwords are case-sensitive. If pasting adds a space, remove it. If your app does not support protected ZIPs, try the desktop method above.

The archive is incomplete or damaged

Compare the downloaded file’s size with the size shown in the vault. Return to that file and request a fresh download. Keep the earlier copy until you have checked the new one.

The download link has expired

Use Back to downloads above, then choose your part again for a fresh link. If asked, sign in using your membership email first.

A 3D or VR file looks unusual

Opening the archive and viewing a file in 3D are separate steps. Some 3D images show two views side by side; viewing them in 3D requires a viewer that supports the file’s layout. Send us the filename and the message your app shows so we can help with that collection.
