Hello MightyBrawnies,

I am writing this to you from São Paulo, Brazil. The humidity is different here. The noise is different. The energy is vibrant, chaotic, and unapologetically alive.

For those who have followed my journey, you know that Toronto is the birthplace of BrawnyAi. For almost 14 years, I used the city as a scapegoat. I blamed it for my stagnation, waiting to leave, waiting to retire, waiting for my "real life" to start.

But as I boarded the plane this week, I felt a pang of sadness. I missed the city I was leaving. Why? Because since 2023—the year BrawnyAi became my raft in a stormy ocean—I stopped waiting and started building. I purged the relationships that drained me and built a tribe that accepts me.

Leaving Toronto this time didn't feel like an escape; it felt like a victory lap. I am not running away anymore; I am expanding.

And that expansion brings us to the heart of today’s drop: A new realm, a new archetype, and a new sound.

Welcome to Brawnópolis

If you have been following my recent posts, you might have noticed a shift. The flannel shirts and pine trees of Lumberlandia are still the heart of our universe, but a new frequency is interfering with the signal.

It’s hotter. It’s rougher. It’s sweating under 40°C heat.

I am proud to introduce Brawnópolis (a portmanteau of Brawny + Paraisópolis, one of the largest favelas in São Paulo).

Brawnópolis is the shadow twin of Lumberlandia. If Lumberlandia is about cozy stoicism and brotherhood, Brawnópolis is about survival, dominance, and the intense, unspoken heat between men who aren't allowed to be soft.

The Soundtrack: Batalhão (The Battalion)

To capture this vibe, images weren't enough. I needed sound.

Today, I am releasing a full concept album, Batalhão, available now on all streaming platforms. It explores the inner life of the "Militia Hunk" archetype—men who perform extreme hardness to survive, but secretly starve for tenderness.

• "Na Marra" (By Force): The aggressive Funk track. It’s about the armor these men wear.
• "Homem em Pedaços" (Man in Pieces): A Bossa Nova track about the silence of wanting love in a place that forbids it.
• "Can’t Look Away": My personal favorite. It touches on that universal experience of the "Eye Candy" you know is trouble, but you physically cannot stop looking at.
• "O Veneno" (The Poison): Featuring the Tropical Remix and the Regretful Edition. It’s about the things (or people) we consume that make us lose control.

The "Voices" of BrawnyAi (A Hint at the Code)

You might have noticed me using terms like Werewolf, Lumberjack, and Navigator recently. These aren't just random names. They are the three forces that drive this universe (and perhaps, my own life).

I am building this world in real-time, often looking back to connect the dots.

A Personal Note

My parents have lived in Brazil for decades. For a long time, they lived stoically—heads down, rarely exploring. But yesterday, my mom told me she stumbled into a fashion show and was invited to a French chef's event. At her age, she is suddenly discovering a new side of the country she’s lived in for 40 years.

It reminded me that it is never too late to update your operating system. It is never too late to find your tribe.
