The first Megadrop of 2026 is officially here.
This bundle includes all the images and videos you saw across our socials, plus a big stack of extra material that never got posted anywhere. Think of it as the “full camera roll” of January, packaged in a way that’s actually easy to download and keep.
To make life simpler, the Megadrop is split into multiple ZIP files. You can download portion by portion, without risking a massive download failing halfway and forcing you to start over.

Quick studio update: new tools on the way
Behind the scenes, I’m currently testing a new wave of tools and open-source models, including:
• Qwen 2511 / 2512
• Flux “Klein” (4B / 9B)
• Z-Image
These tests won’t really show up in January’s pack, but you’ll start seeing the results in February and beyond.
It’s honestly wild to see how far this space has come. We started in the era of Stable Diffusion 1.5, then moved into SDXL, and now we’re living in a world where there are so many strong models (open and closed) that the bigger challenge isn’t quality anymore — it’s deciding where to focus.

In practice, each model has different strengths, different workflows, and different “sweet spots.” And to make a model truly feel like BrawnyAi, it usually takes me months of tuning — finding the right settings, building the right style, and training the right LoRAs (small add-on models that help lock in consistency and taste).
Right now, I’m still loving what I can do with Flux1Dev — it’s strong, it’s flexible, and it’s producing great results — but it also has quirks that newer models are starting to smooth out. I’m also still using Nano Banana Pro from Google for specific tasks, but my heart stays with open source for the main pipeline.

I’m excited for this stretch.
I also want to share more soon about Lumberdex — the system that’s helping me bring older work back to life and make the whole archive more usable. That deserves its own newsletter, so I’ll write that separately.
And yes: Lumberlandia is coming back. Chapter 3 is in progress. It’s slower than the early days, but it’s the right pace for where I’m at — and I’d rather make it good than rush it.
