🔒The Quiet Work, The Three Hunks, and The Engine Room
If my posts haven't been popping up in your feed lately, you aren't alone. The reach has been low, but truthfully, the silence has been intentional. While the social media algorithms do their thing, I have been focused entirely on what happens behind the scenes.

January was about turning inward. I spent the last few weeks building the "engine" that powers BrawnyAi. For a long time, sharing my work meant fighting through a mess of manual folders, copy-pasting prompts, and hand-stamping logos. It was a bottleneck that kept my best work on my hard drives instead of in your feed.

That changes now. I’ve developed a new internal system I call Heartwood and Lumberdex. It scans my entire archive, lets me search thousands of generated images instantly, and handles the finishing touches automatically. It sounds technical, but the result is creative freedom. It means that starting in February, the friction is gone. You are going to see a level of consistency and quality that wasn’t possible before simply because I finally have the tools to ship what I create.

You might have also noticed a change in the mascot header—specifically, the three new guys. The center character is Canadian, flanked by two Brazilians. This isn't just an aesthetic choice; it’s a reflection of my reality, shuttling between the cold of the North and the heat of the South. In a time where things feel geopolitically fractured, these characters represent a theme of togetherness that I want to explore this year.

A small technical note for the keen-eyed observers: these characters were prototyped using some of Google’s latest image tools, which apply a subtle "SynthID" watermark. If you zoom in and see a slight grain or filter texture, that’s what it is. It allows me to iterate rapidly on new character concepts without spending weeks training new models from scratch.

I’ve also updated the BrawnyAi website with new typography and a better navigation menu. We are still populating the sections, but it is slowly becoming the archive I always intended it to be.

The first Mega Drop of 2026 is arriving in a few days. This will likely be the last collection from the "manual" era. Everything that follows in February will be born from the new system.
If you want to support this evolution and ensure BrawnyAi remains independent, I invite you to join us as a 💪MightyPro. You get full access to the archives, the high-res variations, and the Mega Drops. It is easy to sign up and easy to cancel if it’s not for you.
Thank you for sticking around through the quiet month. The engine is finally running.
With love,
B
