Refunds (Digital Membership)

BrawnyAi memberships provide immediate access to digital membership content on our website. Because digital access can’t be returned, refunds are limited.

If you believe you were charged in error (for example: duplicate charge, accidental plan selection, or billing mistake), email [email protected] as soon as possible with the email address on your account and the charge details. We review billing issues on a case-by-case basis and resolve legitimate errors quickly.

Refund requests may be declined if membership benefits have already been substantially delivered or used (for example: members-only content accessed or archive downloads initiated).

Cancellation

You can cancel your membership at any time from your account page to prevent future charges. Cancellation stops the next renewal and does not retroactively refund prior payments. Your access remains active until the end of your current billing period.

Billing descriptor

Charges may appear as BRAWNYAI (or similar) on your statement.
