Digital Memberships & Vault Access

BrawnyAi memberships provide immediate access to highly exclusive digital content and downloadable archives.

  • Consumption & Final Sale: Because digital access cannot be "returned," refunds are strictly limited. If our system logs verify that your account has successfully accessed, viewed, or downloaded digital goods during a billing cycle, the service is considered fully delivered, and no refunds (retroactive or otherwise) will be issued for those periods.
  • Billing Errors: If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge), email [email protected] immediately. Legitimate billing errors will be resolved promptly.
  • Abuse as a Refund Tactic: Weaponizing harassment, public defamation, or abusive behavior in an attempt to bypass this policy will result in the immediate closure of your account without a refund.

Physical Merchandise (BRW by B)

To bring you the highest quality gear, our BRW by B physical merchandise is custom-made to order through our printing partners.

  • No "Buyer's Remorse" Returns: Because each item is created specifically for you when you order it, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for buyer's remorse, or if you ordered the wrong size or color. Please review our sizing charts carefully before purchasing.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we have your back. You must submit a claim to [email protected] within 14 days of receiving the product. Please include your order number and clear, well-lit photos of the defect. We will happily arrange for a free replacement or a refund.
  • Lost in Transit: For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.

Cancellations You can cancel your digital membership at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops the next auto-renewal. It does not retroactively refund prior payments. Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period (unless the account was terminated for a terms violation).

Billing Descriptor Charges may appear as BRAWNYAI (or similar) on your statement.
