Terms of Service & Membership Conditions

  1. Welcome to BrawnyAi These terms apply to all digital memberships, vault access, and physical merchandise purchases across all BrawnyAi platforms.
  2. What Your Membership Includes BrawnyAi memberships provide access to digital content on our website, including members-only pages and posts. Premium tiers include access to a “Secret Vault” area for downloading digital files (images, videos, and archives). We may update, rotate, or reorganize the content library at our discretion.
  3. Personal Use License Membership content and downloads are strictly for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, upload, share, mirror, or otherwise make the content available to others (including via file-sharing, reposting, or shared accounts). Violating this license results in immediate account termination.
  4. Account Security & System Logs You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. We actively monitor and log system usage—including logins, content access, and file downloads—to ensure account security, verify service delivery, and prevent fraud.
  5. Community Guidelines & Zero Tolerance for Abuse Access to BrawnyAi community spaces (such as Discord) is a privilege, not a right. We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy for harassment, hate speech, abusive language, or aggressive behavior toward our staff, the creator, or other community members.
    1. Immediate Termination for Cause: If you violate these Community Guidelines, your account, subscription, and community access will be terminated immediately and permanently.
    2. Forfeiture of Refunds: Accounts terminated for abusive conduct or community guideline violations forfeit any right to a refund, pro-rated or otherwise, for the current billing period.
  6. Informal Communications Do Not Override Policy Our official terms and refund policies are strictly governed by this document. Informal attempts by BrawnyAi staff or the creator to de-escalate disputes in public forums, social media, or chat platforms (like Discord) do not constitute legally binding agreements and do not supersede, waive, or alter our official written policies.
  7. Changes to Plans & Enforcement We reserve the right to change membership tiers, benefits, or pricing. We may suspend or terminate access at any time if we reasonably believe an account is engaged in fraud, chargeback abuse, content redistribution, or any violation of these terms.
